This year’s German Africa Award 2018 goes to Gerald Bigurube and Clovis Razafimalala. The Tanzanian conservationist and the Malagasy environmental activist are being honored for their outstanding commitment to the conservation of biodiversity and the promotion of sustainable resource management as an integral part of economic development.
